Buaya77 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

To register and use the Buaya77 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be 18 years and above at the date of registration. Buaya77 takes seriously the protection of children and minors from gambling activities.
• You must be an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must play using your own personal funds and not money obtained from any unlawful or illegal source.

Buaya77 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure, as well as the freezing of any existing balance.

Each player is permitted to register one account only on the Buaya77 platform. Holding more than one account – whether under a different name, email address, phone number, or device – is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation.

When registering, you agree to:

Withdrawals from your Buaya77 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your last deposit, subject to identity verification.
• Processing time is between 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and the time the request is submitted.
• Buaya77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving withdrawals that exceed RM 5,000 within 24 hours.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000 for standard accounts. VIP members enjoy higher limits.

Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or bonus term violations will be automatically blocked. Buaya77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals while an investigation is in progress. If fraud is confirmed, the account balance may be fully forfeited and legal action may be taken.

Buaya77 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions or technical errors. However, we are committed to resolving any disruptions as quickly as possible and will re-credit any bets affected by a verified technical failure on our end.
